An AI phone assistant that’s never busy

The system takes and makes calls around the clock, on up to 10 lines at once. It books appointments, takes reservations and orders, and writes up notes on every conversation. It has handled more than 10,000 calls so far.

  • 10,000+calls handled
  • 10lines at once
  • 14.2%bought in a single campaign

No two are alike.

At a medical or dental practice it books appointments, adds them to the calendar and sends reminders. At a restaurant it takes table bookings and orders, and at a car repair shop or beauty salon it manages the bookings. Elsewhere it qualifies inquiries or makes call-backs, and at a logistics company it answers calls through the night. We’ve built a system for every one of these.

It can run in the background or power a campaign.

In the background it picks up the calls the front desk or the waiting staff can’t get to. On a campaign, it works through an entire list in a matter of days. It draws on the company’s own knowledge base, follows the company’s rules, and can even speak in your voice, letting callers know at the start that they’re talking to an automated system.

Its work doesn’t end when the call does.

It writes a summary, passes anything important to the right colleague, sends reminders by SMS or email, and logs everything in your existing software or in the one we build alongside it.

2,280 calls, three products, a few days.

A client wanted to clear stock fast, so the system called the customers who had agreed to be contacted by phone. It handled five calls at a time, conversations averaged 2.4 minutes, and 14.2% of the people called made a purchase. By hand, at 5 minutes per call and 35 calls a day, that’s 190 working hours, about HUF 950,000 at a gross hourly wage of HUF 5,000, and three months of work. The campaign can be rerun at any time, with a new offer if needed.

The system is yours.

We build it on your server, on an isolated network, in an EU data center or in Switzerland if you prefer, with encrypted backups. It can’t be reached from the outside, and access follows a zero trust model, so everyone can reach only what their job requires. Because we have access for maintenance, we sign a written data processing agreement that covers it.

How much time do phone calls eat up for you today? Don’t take our word for it. Work it out.
